I am a customer who one of the LACKING WAY BIG in manners, knowledge of sales to public, and public relations. He left and it was me and 2 saleswomen doing whatever at there desk. She came bac with box, he told her he had box and would pic up later. Man asked women at desk if other was getting a box to put in, she didn't asked if he wanted just went to get, other woman said didn't kno. The woman at desk, I assumed was finishing up on order. There were 2 men getting orders to pick up later 2 sales women at desk. Anyway he spent over 30 min and no extra one said a word to him. BUTTERCUP if u r going to keep ur customers waiting and waiting cool it off in there. He is not n good mood anyway too darn hot. Still no one else in store, no longer lady at desk now looks like a terrible employee who Day dreams a lot. He is 6'5" tall was wearing a bright orange tee shirt. Asked my husband to pick up as we were going together. Called for 2 arrangement for cemetery flowers facing forward for our mother's on Mother's Day, requested at 12-1pm. Had a heck of a time with flowers this May of 2019. I'm confident that there are better options available, even in a "rural area", as she stated. This shop is a joke, and the owner is a fraud if she claims she's a floral artist. "Something for nothing", I don't think so, how about "I'd like what I paid for." This woman can not even SPELL bouquet, let alone make one, but I ask you, yelpers. I contacted american express and asked them to dispute the charge, and image 3 is the proprietor's response. Now, I'm a reasonable woman, so I understand substitutions may be necessary, but all those carnations? You couldn't do better than that? I asked 3 friends if they thought the two items looked similar BEFORE calling to complain, and YES I DID complain about the quality of the flowers, specifically the carnations. She referenced a substitution clause that is only referenced in the FAQs, not on the actual order or receipt. I called the florist to discuss this as soon as my friend sent me a photo (NOT 4 days later, as she tries to lie, I had already filed the complaint by that point), and was simply told by Carol that "the website is run by a third party" (this was their actual website not a large company like pro flowers, which was intentional, because I was trying to avoid a bait and switch like this) and that "they use stock photos" so the shop can not get the same flowers year round. These flower arrangements look nothing alike, even the colors are different. My friend received the floral display in image 2. I ordered flowers online for a friend, depicted from my online receipt. ![]()
